Daniel Alves

Very true. People still talk about Alves' strong attacking, while in reality it's non existent most of the time. Just standing there on the flank and doing backpasses into infinity should not be considered a contribution in offense.

He's much better than Montoya, when going forward though. Also I don't fear his absence at the back like in previous seasons. That's because Rakitic provides amazing cover for him, much better, than Xavi.

DAT unmatched contribution to build up and link play and DEM pinpoint crosses. Montoya must buy a heater to keep under his bench as he aint getting off it anytime soon.....

Dem crosses...
Improved in the 2nd half, but had tons of space and didn't actually do anything with it, was offside too many times.

Can't blame Dani, though... Those crosses are obviously Tata's fault as he clearly instructed him to do so... :tata:

That would be awesome! I have been looking forward to see him play with the team and see how well he does at this level. He's probably extremely pumped to show his best and prove what he can do to Lucho and the fans, and this extra drive could be good to have in a tough away match. If he starts I really hope he does well, let's all root for him!
