Daniel Alves

He has a few okay games and everyone forgets how mediocre he has been for so many games. Just exchanging a shit load of 1-2's with Messi does not mean he is the best RB we can have. I've been waiting for us to get a good Alves replacement for years now - unfortunate that Vidal is unlikely to be good enough to be our unquestionable number 1.

Alves has more good games than bad games.

Good thing we didn't get an Alves replacement last season, otherwise we would not have won the treble.

Foreigner with most games for Barça (other than Messi), best RB Barça ever had, winner of 3 CLs including 2 trebles and counting.

He's a Barça legend for sure.

Messi. Ronaldinho. Puyol. Xavi. Legends. Dani not on same level

Just because he's not an all-time great like Messi & Ronaldinho or a Catalan that came from La Masia like Puyol & Xavi doesn't mean he can't be a true legend of Barca. He contributed a LOT and he's been with us for 8 seasons now. He always shows up on big games. He could have been a captain already if he was at another club. If he leaves, I wish the club would give him a good farewell tribute because he deserves it.

Of course Alves is a fucking FCB-legend...

He's already been considered as our best RB in our history years ago.

He's one of the best right backs ever. I'm completely convinced that he can last as long as Cafu did. He's one of that rare Brazilians who are great professionals. He's got so many big matches under his belt, it's like walk in park for him right now. We should keep this man as long as we can. It's disgrace to call him demi-legend, he's full fledged legend, the best full back Barca and La Liga ever had.
