Exactly, I don't understand the hate on a player just because he won't leave for a big club. If anything it's even more class of him since it's highly unlikely that Roma will win a major trophy in his career (I'm talking CL or Scudetto... last time Roma won the league I think he was still a youth team player). He's a Roma native playing for his local club which is more important to him.

I don't even like Roma (which is why I'm enjoying these Euros so I can fangirl over him for a month lol) but I have utmost respect for one-club men. So if it's his wish, he should play out his career there IMO. He's already pegged as their future captain after Totti retires.

yup i love loyalty Barcelona, AC Milan, Manchester United have alot of players which are/were loyal, massive respect to him, i'd like to think if i was a footballer i'd be a one club man.
