Ok some reports are saying its a done deal to Real Madrid. Of course we will have to wait and see but I just can't see the guy turning down a chance to go back home and compete for trophies.

Not that I hate RM as much as some people here, but I don't see them winning the CL any time soon. Ancellotti did a brilliant job last year, but they're just at the end of their cycle, kind of like FCB 2012-2013 but not as good.

I don't see them winning CL this season but they never even had a cycle to begin with. And its not like the team is filled with old players. They have stocked up on an abundance of youth like Isco, James, Bale, Carvjal, Kroos, etc. Only injuries and Carlo's reluctance to rotate has bitten them in the ass now.

He is probably getting paid a lot more than he what he was getting at Levante though and thats usually very important for Latin American players. He was days away from signing to be Neuer's backup as well.
