what a game!
Play him closer to attack (aka wing) and he will perform
Arnaiz - Messi - Denis
-Alena--Busi--Roberto
Make this happen against Sporting, Valverde
I wish you were our coach, seriously
That team would play in Uefa cup next season.
If they would have been lucky.
Denis will never be a starter at Barcelona and we can get better players with more pace and direct dribbling as backups for the LW/RW postition.
The squad need a revamp and if Napoli want to pay 20-30m for him then I'd do it. Get better talent, you know actual proper midfielders that can make some impact and know what to do.
Same goes for Gomes, Arda and Rafinha(I feel bad for him, but he will never get over the injuries). Rakitic too. The board and management have dicked around a lot wasting money on mediocre players and showed too much faith in players that simply aren't good enough. It's time to move on and look both inside the club and outside. Promote those that can help the team and sign those that we can.
He was trying to do something on the counters, but wqs fouled each time by Celta players.
Because he is retarded, this is why he is fouled all the time.
He is "asking" to get fouled on the slightest touch, the same as Neymar and is not releasing the ball fast enough.
Check this coincidence: Neymar and Denis get fouled in every single duel and killing our flow and losing valuable minutes.
You're the one who's retarded here
Now you’re really scraping the barrel. Teams commit professional fouls all the time to waste time. Like when he was hauled down in middle of the pitch. In the last 10 minutes, at least 2 times dwelled on a ball and got fouled 2-3 times after again, dwelled on a ball too long even though he could have passed the ball to a side.
I am insanely angry on these kind of idiotic situations in the last 10 minutes, when any player does them.
In short:
1. if you dribble past 3 players and lose a ball, we will lose 40-60 seconds to recover the ball since an opponent will get a throw in or create some antics
For example, you lost the ball at 82:00, our team will suffer against antics till the minute 83:30 or 84:00 to finally get the ball again
2. if you are insanely physically weak and you fall down on the slightest touch (Neymar, Denis), then if you have the ball in the middle of the pitch and if you get fouled and fall down, we won't earn anything useful and the ref will just stop the play, give an opponent a yellow card, then the ref will write in his notebook for another 30 seconds, then it will take another 30 seconds until we will be able to start the match again.
Basically, if you dwell on a ball, get fouled in the middle of the field, we will lose 60 seconds in the last 10 matches
The same:
If you get fouled at 85:00, when you dwelled on a ball. The ref will give a yellow card, take his notebook, talk to the opponents for some time etc.
And you will have the ball and active play at 86:30.
So, you lost 90 seconds again for nothing.
** Try to avoid being fouled in the middle of a pitch and try to get the ball as fast as possible to a final 3rd.
3. similar goes for Vermaelen when he lost an arial duel and made a foul. That means: a foul, a yellow card, writing in a notebook, then the opponent waiting 30-45 seconds to get the ball back into a play again
4. Also, if possible, DON'T make fouls in the last 10-15 minutes since the opponents will fall down and act as if they are dying on the slightest touch
We had a momentum in the last 10+5 (injury time) minutes, but due to:
1. 3-4 mistakes from Denis (2 lost balls and 2 times dwelling on a ball and "waiting" to get fouled)
2. Vermaelen
3. Celta's players
4. a RM's biased referee
= we had only 5-6 minutes of an effective play out of a total 15 minutes
I was yelling the whole time on my Tv: Denis, are you f*cking retarded?
Again?
Again, seriously?
Vermaelen, the same?
Are you retarded?
I guess it is too much to ask from footballers to understand some of these little tricks how to avoid losing valuable seconds in the last 10-15 minutes.
