In that case, casillas would be incredible loyal to madrid to not have signed with another club in the meantime. Possible, but i think it's simply that diego lopez was performing so well, there was no reason to bench him for casillas, legend status or not. there's no doubt about who's the greater goalkeeper, but when you have a lopez on fire, why change a working recipe?

because he IS NOT on fire anymore. in the last weeks he was just average, stopped shots youre supposed to stop at this level. no real blunders etc, but i really dont see this super world class form he had in spring 13 and the first part of this season.
