he came to spain played 14 matches won a World club cup champions medal and a la liga medal.. got his wages and got back home.. not a bad year vacation lol
haha and he picked up another language
Shaktar made basically 10 mln only loaning him one year.
It indeed does. After reading comments from both Cheesuz & Rosell, increasingly get the impression that this sale had our new President's fingerprints all over it rather than Pep...In other words, it didn't sound like Pep initiated this move.
Didn't take long for Rosell already to make it clear he'd be calling the shots rather than Pep
I don't think it is a bad thing thought. Pep isn't aware of the financial situation of the club and Sandro is. We have to cut our cloth to suit and I don't think for a second that Sandro would have done it without consulting Pep. The most likely senario was that Sandro explained to Pep how much we had to trim from the wage budget and what we need to bring in to buy Cesc, asked for a list of possibles available for transfer and went from there.
Sandro is no fool either. All this requesting extra money and pleading poverty could well be just a ruse to make sure that we are not paying over the odds for players...Cesc comes to mind etc. He needed to reset the transfer market for us after Madrid's madness last year. After all he has only said that he MIGHT have to ask for €150 mil to help pay the day to day running of the club.
I think he is playing a very clever game.
i thought at first pep wanted ibra and then it didnt work out.
and then....we went after villa. but that didnt work out too cos we couldnt sell etoo to city.
and then moratti met laporta again and then the deal happened.
eto'o was being sold to city.
pep wanted ibra, inter wanted 80m.
pep wanted villa, valencia wanted 55m.
eto'o rejected city.
barca offers eto'o + 45m for ibra.
pep gets ibra.
what did i just say?
and why do you always put space in between every line?
