About the CL, in a roundabout way I actually think that would be a good thing. Rumor is Puyol has not signed a new contract because he is worried about his place in the backline.

If we sign Chygrynsky, it would make things much clearer. With Chyg not available for CL, Puyol knows he will play those games, and if we sign Chyg i'm willing to bet my left nut that we won't sign a backup RB since Puyol will get that gig as well.

I haven't seen him play, so hopefully Pep knows what he's doing (and that this isn't an other Henrique, who he apparently doesn't want anymore).

I'm pretty sure I heard Pep talk up Henrique. I know Caceres he wasn't a big fan of though.

But Hleb was a special case imo. Most of us could see that he was a great player for Arsenal and that he could probably repeat what he did over there or maybe even improve. But it just didn't work out. Maybe played out of position? But before he came to us I honestly thought he could play both in the midfield but also the wings.
