Although I am not a doctor, the doctor's I have spoken too have told me that a transplanted liver is not "attached" anywhere near as well as your original liver is. So, you do not want to absorb blows to that part of the body, take big falls, get any sort of big jolt. Collision sports need to be avoided. This is not temporary.
