Nah again making up things to respond to... no one is claiming cant drop any points but the melt down from likes of you if lose to Sevilla, lose to Real at home etc is predictable.

Could't give a shit if we lose to Madrid and Sevilla but end up winning the league and being fresh in CL. I'd rather have lost this game and rested our players, than barely nick a point and resting no one.

Haha again not the point.

If Barca start dropping points and goes from 11 points ahead to potentially 4/5 points then you will be banging on about how bad it would be to lose league from there.

You have already claimed Iniesta and Pique will be poor on Wednesday and Barca will struggle so no point in worrying about it.

If we lose against Sevilla, Madrid and drop points in another match, we can't be fresh in half finals.

We won't lose that many points. 11 points lead means drawing 5 of the last 8 games still gets you the title. And that if Atletico win everything.

11 points from potentially 4-5? I said rotating, not playing the full Barca B team in La Liga form now on. Rotating means resting some key players.

You're welcome

As of now it's a 12 point lead with Atletico having one game in hand. If they win tomorrow it's 9 and if Real beat us it's 6. Not counting Real game then it's still 7 games.

I am comfortable with that lead, but many here probably wouldn't be.

Playing Roma in the QF's which, if we really sink them this week, gives us a lot of room to relax in the second leg.

Invincibles is worth fighting for. It's an incredibly rare achievement that we're in a great position to get. I don't think it would hurt us in the CL much to have had to 'try' against Sevilla and eventually vs. RM in the next Clasico. All the other liga games are fairly straightforward home fixtures.

Besides, the biggest issue for the CL is to always rest Messi before a KO leg. It proved against Chelsea to be effective seeing how much intensity Leo played with, and EV did it once again today. Subbing him in was fine as well cause Leo rested the whole international break, having like 30 minutes of activity against Sevilla can't hurt him. The only real issue is how much he's relied on Pique and Iniesta. Hopefully that doesn't come back to bite us.

I find that very hard to pull off giving the physical state of the team. We can make this tie very difficult if we don't go there with a big enough lead.

Invincibles isn't worth risking the Champions League. This is what's at stake here. We just got a lucky draw and we need to take full advantage of it.

Barca were poor and were missing Busi and Messi. While Sevilla played really well and most had a lot of time to prepare for that game.

You are putting too much on this idea that the team are fucked physically.

I was speaking about the situation pre-Sevilla, when we should have rotated. It was an 11 point lead, which we could have used to rest key players that showed tiredness, especially Pique and Iniesta.

The lead is big enough to allow us to rotate properly now. It's not like you lose points when you rotate automatically. For example, the state of Pique and Iniesta in this game, we wouldn't have have lost a single thing if we had played Vermaelen and Denis Suarez from the start (just an example). When you don't rotate, play the same players and they play like shit, it's basically a bust in every sense.

Pre Sevilla there was 9 games left and if you seem to accept a defeat as fine it is a likely 8 point lead with 8 games to go not 11.

Yes, +8 with 8 games to go worst case scenario if we rested players. Would've probably still got a draw since the guys who would've been rested were our worst performers. So, about the same output of points with players more fresh for Roma. Sounds good. But no, played the same players (he even said they were tired after the game btw), played like shit on top of that, and still lost points. This is so much better...

EV has done a great job so far, we are fucking undeafeated in the leauge and people are still complaining, wtf man, sergei you should go and eat some dick and spare us for you know-it-all attitude. This forum is so crazy, I dont know if children, retarted people, people with really low iq, bipolars or its just trolling, but there is so much bullshit posted here, its tragic comic.

EV has done a really good job. The only thing you could argue is the playing style, which isnt realy barca like, but it looks like this year is all about the results, and considering, we didnt get a proper CM, lost neymar, and our RB-signing looks mediocre at least for now, it is acceptable with a consevativ/pragmatic playing style for now.

Haha no probably would get beat as lucky not to and Sevilla played very well.

You seem to think a defeat would be fine if it means resting players anyway.
