Ernesto Valverde - V1

If the Barça Board insists on keeping Valverde, adding Xavi as a 'Bench and Midfield Coach' could be a first step toward restoration of the Barça way of play, the comeback of attractive football. Watching Barça should be a pleasure, not a painful experience.
Right now, the only thing worth watching is what Messi is doing on a regular basis. Xavi could bring back the Barça style which right now is only thriving in Manchester under Pep Guardiola.
Remember, the last time Barça won the CL it was Xavi who assisted Luis Enrique. The players respect him, they know he was the best midfielder in Barça history.

What's the point of keeping Valverde if we're going to play Xavi's style of football?

According to Xavi's own opinion, he is not quite ready to be the head coach. a year as bench coach could prepare him for the big job, just as Zidane used a year of preparation before taking over.

Allegri, one of the greatest coaches ever, is discontinued after a somewhat dissapointing season.
But this POISON of this club gets another year added after another absolute disgrace of a season.

With this squad, Xavi would be a disaster..but if we get rid of the seniors (except Messi) then probably..otherwise pass.. Anything is fine but till we get rid of the senior players who have been slacking for a while now...

Valverde begins to weaken, Coutinho, Stegen, Dembélé, Suarez may be absent for the final of the cup.
I hope he loses the cup and is fired.

Xavi hit the nail on the head.
We will never win CL playing Ernie ball.

If Valencia wins Valgreen will blame it on the injuries.

Valverde got stick for defending a 3 goal advantage against Roma with a 4-4-2.
The same people gave Valverde stick for defending a 3 goal advantage against Liverpool with a 4-3-3.
You have to laugh.

Next year it will be a 5-4-1 and we'll still lose.

Can't wait to hear the rumors that the locker room doesn't like Griezmann because Suarez would lose his spot.

Pisses me off that we have Captains and other big wigs in the Locker room who are Selfish as fuck because they are trying to cling on to their position despite them getting old and they are no longer the same players they once were.

I use to think that we will be fucked the day some of these key guys decide to call it quits but right now I'm thinking perhaps it may not be so bad after all. Of course, Messi calling it quits is going to suck but as for the others? Don't think it will be so bad after all.

Pretends to be shocked

"The dressing room says no to Griezmann"
