Every Croatia player except Rakitic and Kovacic are complete donkeys at playing possession football. Practically every long ball that isn't from Rakitic is horribly inaccurate, they can't play the ball out from the back properly, etc.

Italy have had some pretty dangerous moments.

Very well early on when Croatia were actually in the game. Now they can't put 2 passes together collectively because every one of their peripheral players are frustratingly unintelligent footballers. The game bypasses Rakitic/Kovacic now because a majority of balls are flying over his head and in every random direction instead of being played into good areas for him to contribute.

Croatia massively underperform it seems. Apart from the World Cup last time I saw them was their games against Scotland, think scotland beat them both times, we all know scotland are a poor side player for player to Croatia.
