Sure. The point is billions of people around the world tried pretty hard learning English, and how many speak it that well? Not many.

I don't see which hooligans could rival Russians. They attack in small groups but are well organized and look experienced in fights. 10-15 years ago I would pick us but we've become softer recently and fact that our FA is at war with all major firms doesn't help either.

2018 is going to be horrible. Surely its to dangerous to have it there, will be a different level of violence compared to this.

Doesn't have to be. French police is at blame too. In the stadium they didn't even bother to separate fans properly.
We rarely had major violence here in the streets because police follows the fans and makes sure they don't clash.
