The worst case scenario is they beat Hungary and Iceland beats Austria and they end up advancing as the 2nd place, which means they will go to the lower bracket (where Germany, Italy, Spain, England and France are).
Portugal finishing 1st or 3rd place will see them move to the upper bracket.
