No, I moved to a mix of:
1. technique
2. physique
3. at least one star player as a cherry on top
4. mental strength
5. leaders
6. know how to win KO tournaments
7. playing fast direct football, so I am against dwelling on a ball and 80% of possession in Spanish/Barca way
8. some dirtiness, opposite of choir boys
