Germany were so 'poor' that they created the best chances (xG value) than any other team against England.
Of course the only top teams England have played against is Germany and now Denmark.
Denmark had good circulation of the ball, but were unable to penetrate in the final third. No significant chance the whole game.
On the contrary, they conceded easily two through-balls by Kane that created 2 clear-cut chances (one that Sterling wasted, and the other one he was about to do the same before Kjaer took care of it himself).
Italy much better overall in the tournament than England, who is the Italian side this time around: caring only about how not to concede, and unable to create.
