With Flick taking over Germany, the next 5-10 years will see an utter dominance of all competitions by Germany.

France to challenge them (due to generational talents) only with a better coach, Italy might challenge a bit.
England should be there challenging given their squad, but I am afraid they (like France) need a better coach for that to happen

Bold claim.

Maybe 10 is too much, but I think he wants to stay long, given his history with DFB

HE is top club-level coach, would be a luxury for NT competitions

It also needs some serious talents, but Germany at the moment has a pretty strong squad.
Maybe that changes after 4-5 years

England seem to have played keeping alot in the bag though. You can see that half of the 3rd place teams going through completely changes the perplexion of the group faze for managers.

I expect he will rotate for the Czech game, then have his best team for the knockouts where we should be seeing a better England side.

I wouldn't bet on it.

Unrelated, but your signature's been bothering me lately. Why did you change all Messis to Martens with the exception of the one at RCM? It's so dissatisfying.

Nil Nil draw. Good to see two teams that wanted to win. Scotland more pleased with their performance than England. Wondering why Rashford and Sterling selected when not at their best form. Sancho not a min. on the pitch, and why sub Foden. Kane looks heavy legged. Calvin Lewin a better option?
Disappointing in Southgate substitutions to change the game. England will prgress but semi finalist is their best hope.
Scotland have to beat Croatia but look a forward or two short.
MOTM Gilmour.

An excellent piece by Michael Cox, analyzing how Germany's system got the better of France's impenetrable defense a few nights ago, and were unlucky not to score some goals.

I don't think Germany were unlucky vs France. France just got the game they wanted to play.
