This Spain team is a lot better than the Spain team in Euro 2021. This was the team Spain lined up vs Croatia a few years ago

They had Koke and Busi.

The current team is good only if you rate 17 year old Yamal.

And I have explained that a huge part of playing youngsters lately is a hype job for fans, selling shirts, giving hope and buzz to fans.

So, remove 50-80% of perceived level from a youngster to get their real level.

In the last few years, Spain played young Pedru, Gavi, Ansu, Yamal.

Alvaro Morata IMO is the worst Spain NT CF since I remember football and the guy has dominated lineups since 2016 or so. I feel bad for Mikel Oyarzabal who's more deserving recently.

Oyarzabal isn't a classic CF. Morata is and has all the attributes needed which is why managers like him.
