Considering its about name recognition, they could always ask Ajax, PSV, Leeds etc.

I am sure the ESL will be frantically reaching out to clubs if many more clubs come forward and say no, but in the end it doesn't matter who they reach out to to invite, clubs will say no if they don't want to be part of it.

I highly doubt a relatively purist club like Ajax will want to be in.

Nah, they will find clubs to fill the spots, they wont have to look too hard for clubs who will accept the amount of money we are talking about.

Qatar FC has disapproved the idea of Super League because of the backlash they'd face from FIFA. Also Fifa would threaten them cancelling the World cup being held in Qatar.

Who will those three be?

I'm convinced nobody will join this project from this point on.

PSG, Bayern, Dortmund and Leipzig said no.
According to Dutch FA Ajax have no intention on joining the Money League.
Porto has said NO.
Benfica might follow Porto in rejecting the invitation.
Sevilla if they were convinced they would have joined by now.
What's left are the Russian and Ukrainian clubs and Anderlecht.

The lesser the foundation clubs the better it will be for the league. 12 clubs are enough imo. Rest of them should qualify.

b) What makes the ESL different from the CL, from a DFL licensing perspective? Why isn't the CL considered a "foreign tournament"? I do understand the danger of losing the Bundesliga license and therefore being banned from the Buli, just like the other leagues have threatened to do.

Well CL/EL are explicitly excempt from that. The clubs simply sat down and agreed that allowing playing in the CL/EL is a good idea. For an ESL there would need to be another exception agreed.

c) This is where I am confused and don't understand. Both Barca and Bayern are owned by their members and I have heard that in our case, it will need to go through a vote by the socis, not sure if it is true or not. What I don't get is, before this goes through a vote by the members, how can Barca say "yes" and Bayern say "no" respectively?

Have Barca socis even approved this yet or is it still due? So far the club has proposed and worked out the idea but have not finalized the breakaway yet.
Other than that, membership works different everywhere based on how the member statutes are written. Dont know how Barca does it, but at Bayern major club operations have to be approved by members. Doesnt happen that often, most operations can be done by the board, but if its too big then the members will decide.

Speaking of plastic/fake Bayern members getting membership to buy tickets for the purpose of reselling them, what I have seen people claiming (not sure if it is true or not) was they couldn't get their hands on games like Der Klassiker and other high profile games, but they did manage to get tickets to many other games, particularly in those less desirable sections of the stadium. Again not sure if was true or not. I don't doubt the percentage of those fake/plastic Bayern members is probably very small though.

Most probably just bought the more expensive black market tickets.

I honestly have no idea, very confusing indeed. I don't know what measures/changes of what kind of magnitude will need to go through a vote by the socis and which ones can just be decided by the board. You would think this seismic change will need to go through a vote by the socis. Back in 2019 Bartomeu & Co's proposed change to our crest was voted down by the socis and that was a trivial matter compared to this.

Most probably just bought the more expensive black market tickets.

No, it appears the idea/incentive for them is to buy tickets from Bayern and resell them in the black/third-party markets for a huge profit.

Glasgow Rangers will be trying to get in. Who is going to turn down 300m a season in the current circumstance. The only reason the other 8 would reject is because of relegation repurcussions effects.

If they get guaranteed spots more clubs will sign in a heartbeat.

All of the leagues and federations should make a joint statement letting the world know that any player that signs for an ESL club from this point will be banned from all of their competitions for life.
