Got to enjoy this dream team while they are here, before the inevitable English football takeover, leaving usbto sit in the memories of dominance along with Lyon and Scandinavia.

15 wins, 0 draws and 0 losses - definitely wouldn’t call it a rivalry

Romeu has begun to develop some consistency along with the return of key players but definitely a very different team to that under Jona. They remain dangerous in any attack but they don’t have the same flair, speed or control in matches. They were wave after wave of attack and arguably they should be better in the wide positions with Brugts on the left & Onda on the right overlapping Pajor/Salma & Caro

I also think we’re so much weaker in the middle of the park, Walsh has not had much impact while Patri has gained prominence along with Pina. Pajor was virtually assured of big numbers but even she has struggled at times to adapt to our style of play - still, what a nose for goal. Salma & Vicky are just getting their match fitness again but we have seen strange rotations under Pere

Now upon the business end of the season, Kika appears to have been relegated to mop up duty

The key catalyst has surprisingly been Alexia who has grown in importance this season compared to last season where she was far less a factor. Aitana, still the best in the world

But yeah, I miss Jona

Yup, it's already happening.

Keira Walsh is going to Chelsea for 550k. Not bad as her contract is up in summer and she had no intention to renew but would prefer to keep her rather than sell to one of direct CL opponents mid-season. BTW, few days ago Chelsea also signed CB Naomi Girma from San Diego Wave for just over 1m€. (first millionary transfer in women's football).

Barca doesn't rule out going to the market in last few days to replace Walsh. There is also a possibility we'll lose Ingrid Engen as well with Lyon heavily interested.

It's inevitable as the costs of building a big side in women's football are comparatively so low.

Women's football on the continent can only survive with a Euro league. LaLiga will bring zero money.

Ingrid is staying, Lyon's offer was not good enough. Hopefully Romeu will play her more so she'll decide to renew.

Lost at home against Levante. First loss in history at Johan.

Good I couldn't watch 2nd half, what a terrible day, lol.

Do we have a player currently of same quality/profile as Walsh ready to take over? She seemed to be running the show completely in midfield from the few CL games I saw last season.
