Well, in the eyes of many (certainly many others hold a different view), Spotify is just aiding and abetting Joe Rogan's "disinformation" campaign.

If they want to get the naming rights, they have to pay much more than the 68m per year rumored. At least another 25m a year.

I'm pretty sure the naming rights will be a separate deal from the shirt sponsorship.

Atleti are getting around 10m for Wanda, we should get at least that. Reportedly will also be a shorter term deal until we find a good longterm option.
