tbh I haven't read the preceding page in this debate but I do wanna say that poaching from italy and poaching from spain (and especially us) may be TECHNICALLY the same crime but for me there's world's of difference considering calcio's attitude towards young players. you're actually giving them a chance when you take them from there. look at youngsters in italy. 9/10 of them are on-loan/co-owned by some rinky dink lower-table team where they stay (or they move around lower-table teams) until they're 22 when they finally get their chance with the big names.
