why the goal so small though

he'd have buried it had it been real business

Yeah, not regulation size, he's used to making it an uncomfortable height for the keeper

In all seriousness though, it doesn't look that easy to score those

If he can manage 7-10 goals for the remainder of the season that'd be pretty decent. We'll see what it's like at a place where he's actually happy. If he can't get back into half decent form at Atleti then he's definitely finished. He wouldn't even succeed in the MLS.

Do you really think Torres can score 10 goals in 6 months, Antonnnnnnn? I'd be surprised honestly.

Well he'll be playing in 3 competitions, but it comes down to how many chances he gets obviously. Even 5 would be a decent return for him.

That shirt sale number is bullshit.
It is important to mention the other stuff though. As bad as Torres was in some games, he had his important moments.

I also like to point out Afellay's assist for us against Real. No matter what some people say about his time here: For me as a fan that one moment was enough.

Yeah even though his price tag and wages were huge, I don't exactly hate his joining us. He made some contributions that were vital, even if they were few and far between. As that picture says, he earned the corner. If he didn't play we may not have gotten a corner and scored, but who knows. I guess I like to try see the positive side of his time here.

With Mandzukic and Griezmann in form, what chance does Torres have of anything ever? I forgot about Griezy for a bit when speaking of Torres actually scoring goals. Whoops!

Mandzukic in form? I wouldn't say so. Torres is more complete and can add more variety to Atleti's game.

Plus, he's their favourite kid!
