Yeah, i didnt think you would let him leave, his best season by a long long way.

I think many are just frustrated, You would think Ibra has had a season where he didnt get a goal, all this hate towards him is starting to make me like him a bit more. (Never been a fan)

I think one of the main issues that affected Ibra's performance last year was the fact that we had to use him as our lone striker which greatly restricted his creativity by confining him to the role of target man. That said I don't see a move for Torres would seem unlikely. Granted, poaching Villa, Torres, Fabregas and Mascherano in 1 year may seem excessive. But if it were to happen Toure & Ibra would definitely move the other direction. I can't tell if it will happen; but it seems to me that the only obstacle is financial which in my view can be easily surmounted. We may end up with a 100M bill for Fabregas & Torres even after T & I sale; but their performance on —trophies— & off —marketability— the pitch would go a long way to compensate for it.

Very wise words. But I think the ones who complain, bitching etc. are bandwagon fans who just supports winning clubs. Real cules I am sure are more than happy with this season, we went far and once again we proved our quality on european stage.

Agreed. We were never going to match last season but while it was disappointing not to win the CL again, it was a season ill always regard as a success and one which holds fond memories.

Some people are just obsessed with the CL. I'm not, I'm happy if we keep winning La Liga anything else is a bonus. And I don't care if CL is the pinnacle of European Football, to win the league requires consistency whereas CL is more luck.
