He is talking about the Voting ,team captain can't vote for himself and CR7 has claimed he is injured couple of times to allow next in line to vote for him .Messi usually voted for his teammates btw
But now ,neither Messi nor Cr7 will vote and the team captains will both vote for them .
It is quite childish tbh . the point difference between both in the last 8 years has never been that close

To me there´s no doubt that it´s gonna be Neymar or Suarez. But i´m not sure which one. Neymar is the favourite but many people is voting for Suarez, i believe. Just like in UEFA award were he was 2nd and Neymar 5th. The 4th, Buffon, is out of the nominees.

So i´m betting 1000 euros on Neymar( 3.00 odd) and 500 euros in Suarez (7.00 odd).
If Neymar wins my profit is 1500 eur. If Suarez wins my profit 2000 eur.
