Dont see why France should be much lower than almost every team on that top 10. Romania, wth? Germany not number 1, Belgium number 3? Etc.

I'm saying that because of the ranking, France will face a tier 1 team in the WC qualifiers.

Argentina loose 2 finals and aren't even the best team in south america but are the best team in the world? Right....

well if you apply a little logic yourself, the fifa ranking isn't meant to designate the best team in the world. And Argentina is the best south american side in terms of stats.
