We need a manager who really knows our style/philosophy (De Boer), who can develop & use our youth players (De Boer), who has tactical knowledge & preparation (De Boer & Ajax in Champions League) and a manager who can bring back some strict discipline to our team (De Boer). If a player slacked off even a little under Pep he'd lay into them or take them off. We need a manager who can do that again.

We badly miss you Pep. The ones who were saying managing this Barcelona is easy will see the truth in the following years. Tito will be the reason of the decline of this Barcelona team.

Unlike Pep, he does not give importance to youth players. Look at the league for example. We are already champions. However, he is benching Tello, Montoya. He is not playing Deulofeu. He is not monitoring the situation of Cuenca. I do not think that he will prepare Samper for the first team with this type of choices.

He is simply a coward who does not care potential and performance. He only cares the names of the players. Because of that, he did not played Tello in PSG game after a MOTM performance against Celta Vigo.

Justice was important for Pep. He was giving the shirt to the player who is deserving even if his name is not Big. He benched Henry and Zlatan for Pedro. He chose Busquets over Toure. He had given chances to Bojan, Jeffren, Thiago, Cuenca, Tello, Sergi Roberto. He was caring about youth development.

Sergi Roberto was inserted to CL semi final El classico in the last minutes. It was symbollic. It was showing Pep's mind. Tito does not have the same mind. He totatly does not care about the future of this team. He is simply a coward who is trying to save his ass.

Only coach i know that doesn't know what rotation is. He doesn't know how to preserve our veterans like Xavi and Puyol. He keeps on playing them even after recovering from injury and international duties. I really hope that he would step down. Him as a coach next season is a gamble.

And the injuries are Tito's fault, at least partly. They happened because of his shit rotation. He's overplayed quite a few players, such as Puyol, Xavi, and Messi (Messi shouldn't have played against Celta right after the Bolivia game).

Tito should not have been hired in the first place. Tito is selfish indeed and should also take a sabbatical , I have a feeling he knows that he got lucky and wants to add something on his resume(100pts) that when he gets sacked another foolish team can get him. I mean how many assistants get a break at coaching a world class Team?
Nobody in their right mind would give karanka a shot but if he had to coach rm for a season other teams would be interested. Pep was hired on merit for what he did at barca b even of tito was his right hand man it still doesnt count for shit, he was not the innovator and motivator. So yeah..Tito must leave barca, Roura should leave football altogether .
