All the bad calls that Tito and the club have been making this season came back to hit him them the face tonight. This is not to say that there are so many of these, or that there are more bad calls than good ones, but the ones that were bad all showed their consequences in tonight's game.

He looks good, despite his face is a little red and swollen. This is probably a side effect from the chemo.

I love him very much because of his history. Him and abidal are both very good examples for life.
However, this year I am not happy with him in terms of technical issues.
1) He does not give the shirt to the deserving player. Example: Tello. It is so simple. Pep had benched Henry and Zlatan and played Pedro. Because Pedro was deserving more. He was more efficient than Henry and Zlatan in that season. Similarly Tello is deserving more playing time than Alexis and Pedro. However, Tito is not giving him the chances that he deserves. He was not even in the match squad in PSG game.
2) He slowed down the return of Villa. Until the 4-0 milan game, he did not give enough chances to Villa to find his form. Especially in the first half. If he had given more playing time to Villa instead of Alexis, today we could have a more ready Villa for the semis.
3) He overused Xavi and Puyol. In some of meaningless matches, he did not trusted his bench players such as Thiago and Bartra. Although the gap was very much with Madrid, he overused our old stars who suffers chronical problems(Puyol knee, Xavi achilles).
4) He did not want to tranfer a traditional CB instead of Song. Because of this, we will suffer in the semis without Puyol and Masch. Pique is in the card border. What will happen if he gets booked in the first leg of the semis?
5) He used some of our players in their non-ideal positions. Example: Iniesta at LWF although he is a master at CAM. Cesc at false 9.
He should improve in the next season in this issues. He should learn from his mistakes. Being a coach and being an asistant are totally different. Maybe he is better than Pep in terms of tactical knowledge. However, decision making, squad management, authority in the squad are some of the important factors to be a good coach. Pep was excellent in terms of these issues.
For example if Pep had our coach this season, I am sure that Tello would have played in PSG away match after a MOTM performance in Celta game. However, Tito chose an undeserved player Alexis in that game. These type of decisions will effect the trust and respect of the squad to a coach.

Agree with a lot of this, and I don't think he is anywhere close to pep tactically I keep hearing people saying he was pep's tactics man but so far this season I have seen nothing to suggest that. Its always the same thing with him, unlike pep who always changes things up in the big games whether the y work are not
