Not an easy game. Villarreal hurting us alot. Setien has their game raised to the level of a month or so back when they beat Madrid.

Not easy for Kessie this one. Busi would struggle too tonight.

Good test though.

We are way worse with him instead of the walking skeleton, who of course is levels above Kessie even now.
We need a good DM badly.

At the moment he's just trying to keep it simple and do the basics.
He's doing ok. Hopefully more game time will increase his confidence.
One of the problems with the midfield is the lack of consistency. That hurst someone like Kessie.

Couldnt move to get on ball well enough and his passing was average at best.

Nowhere near level Barca need if want to dominate ball in there.

FDJ and Pedri are on completely different level.

I think he played decent game, nothing crazy, but wasn't liability.

He can be good Keita type of player he is not starter.

Rather have him then low lvl young players like Nico (can't perform at bottom of league team), Puig, Alena...

But again, if can sell him for decent money it would be good option.

Of course they will try to sell him.

The question is who offers a decent fee.

His movement and ability on ball just isnt there to play DM.

Felt like game passed him by to me too often then he makes a simple pass and gets applauded for it.

Not sure likes of Nico cant do what he did today in a two at all.
