A Let him finish the season with palmeiras then from janurary loan him out for the remainder of the season then come back here
B finish the season with palmeiras then come here for the remainder of the season train with the team and get a few minutes in the easier games and let him get used to us. Then at end of season evaluate a loan

I would sign a tall, experienced backup CF in the mold of Llorente or Negredo or even younger like Borja to give Suarez some breathing.

For wide positions I wouldn sign noone in this market and use Denis as Ney's backup and Rafinha in those rare games when Messi is not playing.
