They're going to keep chasing Zubimendi and try to offer Real Sociedad 30m + shit players which they will reject, and then they'll go after Kimmich who probably ends up going to Man City, and then..........they'll panic buy Guido Rodriguez
Who doesn't love a 30 year old CDM that's kinda slow and sluggish at times.
Honestly I think I will love someone like Zubimendi for us now after realizing how poor the other options are and being terrified of whatever garbage alternative the club might cook up.

Hopefully it’s false news, profilewise I like Moscardo the best. Quality is anyone’s guess, but one option less is a bit annoying.

Translation : A fee has been agreed between his club and Chelsea but he wants to come to Barca and has told his club to wait and see if Barca can come up with any offer that comes close to matching Chelsea's, before the end of the January transfer window.
If not, he will begrudgingly go to Chelsea, where he knows he will be loaned out and have little to no chance of playing for the first team in the next 2-3 years.

tbh, not just Barca
It seems bad idea to sign for Chelsea after they have signed half dozed players in your position who are few years younger, and looking at a superior talent like Andrey who was signed, loaned to worst situation for his development.
I would be aware if I was his entourage, he has the interest of Real, Liverpool beside Barca & Chelsea
Won't lose a sweat over this tbh

25m should be do-able for us for the summer (or next January like Roque).
There's no shortage of decent defensive midfielders emerging in SA these days. A number of the names we were linked with over the past 12 months are already starting in lesser European clubs (Varela, Perrone, Andrey, Danilo) and while not being indisputable are surely better than what we ended up with in Oriol.
Of course if we hold the standard as focused on 2011 Busquets then we will never sign anyone and can keep waiting on an inhouse solution to present themselves over the next decade.

Surprised we have not been linked with Andre. Better on the ball than Moscardo, though Moscardo is better defensively. Douglas Luiz is another one we should look at, though he may cost too much.
Andre and Marcos Leonardo are two guys who have been performing well in Brazil for years yet haven't got that European move.
Then you got guys like Deived Washington who get signed without kicking a ball
