Had a good first half of the season but things have gone really wrong lately. 8 consecutive losses for UDLP. And what's even worse is they've only scored one single goal in these 8 games.

I've said it before, he will be gone next year at most.
This is why I won't loan players to UDLP because of him, it won't be the smartest decision.
Channeling my inner Birdy, their team was overachieving their xG massively during the first half of the season, many thought that their downfall was inevitable.

I think he'll leave before they'll sack him. Unless their board will promise him some signings he wants. And it's quite obvious they need to improve quality upfront. Can't do it with Sandro and Munir, lol. Defense and midfield are decent although they'll lose some loanees and they will probably also sell Valles who reportedly wants to return to Betis and only has a year left on contract so won't want to lose him for nothing.

I've watched their game against Mallorca and commentator said Mallorca could be one of the clubs interested in Pimi if Aguirre won't renew. Don't think they have a team to fit his style. Muriqi is a good striker but has also only scored 6 goals so far and he also doesn't really fit Pimi's system imo.

He's leaving Las Palmas.

Multiple reports he already agreed to join Sevilla. Hope to be wrong and wish him all the best but don't think he'll survive until Christmas there. That team needs a big rebuild.

We might send them Ansu on loan though, we know Pimi loves Barca players and Ansu (if healthy) would be a big upgrade over Munir and Sandro he had in Las Palmas.

Will be interesting to follow him. A potential next coach if he does well and pull Sevilla back to a good level.

Pimienta would have been relegated by LP if it wasn't for Valle heroics in first half of the season, their last win was in February this year and that is just one win since late January.
Garcia has showed nothing that says "future Barca coach" tbh, his resume is worse than the Setien and Koeman of the world and he is 50 now.
Maybe if he can take Seville out of their mess for a full season and be the first manager to have a full season there since 21/22 season he might be worth following or considering him for anything other than return to B team.

I rate Pimienta. I think Las Palmas were a Segunda squad playing in LaLiga. Their attack was awful player for player.

Let's see how Sevilla recruitment is. This will be Pimientas only shot at a "big" club if he fails.
