They could start paying their debt instead of using a corrup country governance to pay for them for example.

With increasing revenue the debt is not going to be an issue in the long run and I don't think they will be relying on the government because with new FFP regulations and increased interest from EU there is just too much risk just to get the money they don't even need....

I once bought up the subject of distributed TV revenue on some Barcelona forum(Can't remember if it was on this one) and most people were completely against it, I wonder if they are willing to reconsider their position....Real have so much revenue that they don't know what to do with the excess money hence they are bidding 120m for bale(300m wages and 500m revenue means a lots of extra cash to waste) while rest of la liga are having to sell their best players to foreign clubs just to break even..............

Its ridiculous to think that Valencia and Athletico Madrid get paid around £34 mil a year whereas who finishes 20th in EPL next year will get £63 mil, how the hell is the league supposed to stay competitive.

Valencia and Atletico Madrid would get less money in a collective deal.

They support the way it is just now.

Neymar's got more talent in his pinky toe than Bale has in his whole body, he and Messi will form the greatest duo in the world and our midfield is much better than Madrid. We will sign at least one CB this summer and Thiago won't be missed.

their squad is currently better than our own,do you think a team is all about only the first eleven, better squad depth, better goalkeeper, better defense, our midfield is close, attack is also close and with addition of bale theirs might be better,

RM had better depth this year as well

Valencia & Atletico are better than teams that finish in CL spots in England... At least they were before Spain's finance hit crisis!!

Yes but Real and Barca would get much less which could allow a team to break the duopoly, or at least ensure more competition in the league, plus I'm sure the teams lower down the league would want a more collective deal, teams like Bilbao could become a very good side if they could've offered more cash to their top players.

No matter how much they paid for him, Real are getting a world class, young and talented player in their squad. We can moan all we want about ridiciously high free that they are paying, but the bottom line is that RMA is going to be scary in the attack. Ronaldo on left and Bale on the right, speed and pace on both wings.

I don't really get the disparity. Why can't La Liga generation the same sort of TV revenues that the Premier League can?

According to reports today Barcelona would be willing to share the money more equally but Real Madrid is absolutely against it and no wonder because they couldn't afford players like Bale without it. They don't get it that if the whole league would be better that it would help them in the long term. http://www.independent.co.uk/sport/...ain-la-liga-in-financial-turmoil-8721595.html Here is a superb article about this problem.

Because the Spanish Leagues governing body, LFP (National Professional Football League), couldn't organise a piss-up in a brewery.:cowboy:

Yep but Valencia is losing out their main striker for the 5th placed side in the EPL, when they've have a much better history and were 5th in la liga, only because spurs get more money and can offer more money.

To be honest, Real Madrid are past the corrupt past now. Their revenue is so high that their debts are quite low in comparison, hence why they can push for Bale. When you have over 500M in revenue, you can probably afford to spend 100M net every single year if you want to.

Just imagine they spend that much money again. Other team will be thinking "okay we might spend money too this summer so we can keep up with them. The normal prices for players would reach insane levels. Smaller clubs couldnt even efford players they normally get. And this would end in total domination from clubs with big money like "bayern,Barca,Real,Mancity,Manu,Chelsea,PSG

Welcome to the future! I think Inter Mailand will be the last CL winner without having a extremely high budget for years. The days were the CL final could be Monaco vs Porto are over. You can't develop a team anymore. If you don't have the money to keep them or attract other good players to satisfy them the same will happen that happened to Arsenal for the past 8 years. Fabregas, RvP, Nasri, Clichy, Flamini, Song, Cole ... they had some great players playing for them but couldn't keep them because other clubs could pay better wages. Same that will happen to Dortmund in the next years.

Bayern, Manchester United, Shitty, Real Madrid, Barca, Chelsea, PSG, Arsenal, Monaco will dominate world football in the long haul. Clubs like Juventus and Dortmund could catch up but it will be extremely hard.
