Does Everton have a good youth system?

They have a pretty good academy. Their head of coaching just got appointed as the technical lead for the 17-21 age ground at SGP. They've produced Rooney, Barkley, Rodwell, Osman etc. so they've done OK. They have a kid called Liam Walsh in the academy now that's meant to be a bit special.
