I think that's the point. Sarri already knows Deulofeu understands the technical possession game he's created at Napoli and can slot right in. Callejon is 30 years old. So Callejon has a 23 y.o. coming off the bench for him that offers more pace, and will eventually take his starts as Callejon ages out.
