Ah this! Forgot about that clearance. He was very good despite us conceding 3 goals.

problem is all 4 defenders are zone defenders. Noone is skilled in man to man marking.

Its extremly noticable in corners or crossballs etc. Everyone is watching the ball, while opponents can roam around freely in the penalty area.

And since we lack in height, its very easy for a striker to set themselves up to win the airial duels, like Benzema did over and over, and other teams do over and over.

Puyol was a man to man marking type of defender, and we need that type of defender back.
