Gerard Piqué

You're welcome
Does Pique have a say in the matter? He could just argue that his celebration was a reaction to audience offending his wife and children. No way to prove that this has a underlying political aspect to it.

Javier Tebas (LaLiga president): "If the gesture merits punishment, it will be the Competitions Committee which decides."

"it's an issue which we have passed over to them to study. The rules state that certain ways of celebrating goals could be considered a provocation."

"I must add that the Espanyol board have done an excellent and up until the moment Piqué scored, there were no insults aimed at Piqué and his family - which is a separate issue and a major concern for us at LaLiga."

"Pique should try to avoid making those kinds of gestures."

"There are more acceptable ways of celebrating goals. We've seen this happen before, but it's not often that it's had such a big impact. If it's going to cause offense, then it's wise to avoid celebrating in the way Piqué did".

So, basically he`s saying that if you do that in front of a normal crowd (e.g. Raul at Camp Nou) it`s acceptable, but you can`t do that in front of a crowd made of retarded racist cunts.

The guy is a complete idiot. He just has the luck that he is in Spain and pro-Madrid, otherwise he would be assfucked by the media.

Or what about Carvajal who flipped the bird in Camp Nou.

Yep. The difference:

The FA is investigating video footage of Troy Deeney's reaction after the Watford striker scored a penalty against Chelsea on Monday.

Deeney, who is facing the prospect of a second four-match ban this term, made an obscene gesture to the crowd after he put Watford ahead at Vicarage Road, before the Hornets eventually secured a 4-1 victory against the defending champions.

Tebas is a drama-queen, a Madridista and closet-facist. He likes attention and hates Barca, and therefore this makes perfect sense for him.
But this will not end in a suspension, as it is not for him to decide, and committee are not stupid enough to ban Pique for this.

The real worry for any serious league president should be the latent (and occasionally explicit) racism which lives freely in many fan-chants and songs in Spain.

Incidentally as regards the tackle /assault which put Pique out for a month + .... will the authorities not look at the incident and maybe ban the guy ??

When will they rule a verdict? If they do it early they might as well use his recovery time from the injury to sit out the ban lol.
