Gerardo "Tata" Martino

I do not find Tata the main problem here. You guys might want a perfect coach in him but he's not. And honestly neither was Pep. The team needed reinforcements for years and the board hesitated to strengthen the weak links. Now we've reached to a point that we do not even have one reliable CB and playing with a 38 years old GK and yet we're expecting that all be safe and sound here. Tonight's performance is a collective failure, from the coach to the great Messi. Fucking Luis Enrique was not going to be the solution here.

The question is wether the players or the coach are responsible for the lack of ambition. Just look at Dortmund yesterday. They played with Kirch, Durm and Friedrich and without so many players and showed a sensational performance. And they were already 3 goals behind. Our team did not even try to do something. Tata recently said that there is no need for him to motivate the players because they do it theirselves. But coaches like Klopp and Simeone bring the right attitude and the right mentality which we lacked in many games.

In Lucho we trust!
But he does know Barca. Was the club captain for many years and was a legend. He knows how the club works and how to get the best out of the way we were made to play.

+ he's an Iron man.
Remember he used to compete in that endurance cup?
He's the kind of guy to bring back the work ethic of pep's days.
