Commands the box well, good at dealing with crosses, world class shot stopper. Everything one-knee Mr.Freeze isn't. Lad seems to have been playing forever, but is only 22. His distribution can be improved. Does the basics well. Of course the sign-on fee, wages and logistics of forcing Ter Stegen out will be an issue, but in a vacuum I'd swap Marc for him in a heartbeat.
