Beast you got me totally wrong man, have no complaints about his quality... I'm having doubts if he could lead a giant club like Madrid. I know he scored in some of the big matches, he scored even last year, but not scoring in CL can/should be considered choking imo. "He failed to deliver in some of your biggest matches this season when he was expected to score" is my point

He is not a leader he is a goal scorer plus you wouldn't expect him to lead a club with so many talented and old players at the age of 22 .

people treat him as a finished article he is not Estel , Higuain is a work in progress
his performance has improved year after year since his arrival .

he can lead the attack but someone else need to lead the club especially on the mental level

we've discussed this before, but he can't hold the ball up. this makes it much harder for him to succeed in big games because the service has to be better, and when the midfield doesn't work as it wasn't for real last night then of course he's gonna be anonymous.

I agree with beast, i noticed he touched the ball for the first time after 25mins? the midfield wasn't working and he is not a player that will track back to the mid to get the ball and create something, he is a pure striker and has been quality this season for the most part

I havent seen him play alot since he left river (i dont watch madrid matches ever) and judging by what i have seen he scores loads against small teams does F*** all every time i see madrid play a BIG opponent (ac milan and what not) so i gotta say Tevez deserves to start with Messi in the world cup
