Too bad, he was class for the first 94 minutes   .

He was good linking up with Dempsey but was pretty inconsistent and made bad errors in midfield play. What he did in the 95th minute was severely stupid.

What a frustrating result, I could care less about USA but I want Portugal's chances of qualification to be put to bed. Hope Ghana keeps them at bay.

Still a good chance for Ghana to advance. Really don't see USA doing well against Germany, which puts Ghana's fate in its own hands. If Ghana and Germany win, and either wins by more than 1 goal, Ghana would advance.

In the Ghana game instead of heading to the corner flag he did a wild cross to no one and sparked another ghana attack so its no surprise he repeated similar stupidity today. And from someone who played in Germany and Italy

Yup, both were severely doofus moves.

Ghana won't win with Essien in for Muntari. Be a completely different team

Muntari is a very good passer with lots of qualities, Essien is the definition of finished

The most important thing is that portugal fail big time. Dont like them, never will.

I'd love to say Argentina, but Sabella just doesn't cut it for me tactically. Too little movement off the ball and everyone (including big names as Aguero, Higuain, Di Maria) are just looking at Messi to do something. I'd say Germany or France, I don't see Brazil making the final. Unless they pull an Argentina '78 (look it up... They bought their ticket to the final, Videla and Kissinger being in the Peru dressing room before the match promising millions of dollars and tonnes of grain for the peopel of Peru ;))

Haha, in the WC prediction contest I entered I do have Argentina as winners, but they incredibly failed to impress me the first two matches.
