I'd say peak form has been already reached. Smashing both Bayern and Real can be toppled only by smashing City and Liverpool I guess. From here on I would expect an evolution, considering that we have starters returning. A refinement of the style, with different elements being implemented.
But more importantly we'll have to see how we can sustain this form and how Flick deals with drops in form, as that will also probably happen at some point.

I am hoping that the peak form is yet to be reached sometime in the Spring of 2025, closer to the CL final, and that right now the team is still tweaking and evolving with its yet to come final shape and style.
While in the process, they are already capable of surpassing the likes of Madrid and Bayern, while they have their own periodical turbulences.

He surely did. Maybe not for Germany in 21 to 23 but he did at Bayern. He seems to be a club coach.
