Thusfar, except rotations, he's doing great imo.

Yesterday it was absolutely no reason to keep Yamal for the full game on the pitch, to sub Kounde in the 80th minute, and to play Raphinha for 65 minutes all this when leading so confortably, 4-0 at HT to a team like Valencia.

Correction: 2 months under Xavi. It was two full months, February and March '22. Before and after that we were horrible, even that season

But regarding upgrades, I don't think there are many spots where we need one. We need a better starter only for the striker and goalie.

We can only downgrade in other positions if we sign someone.

GK - YES
CB - No one is better than Cubarsi, Inigo/Araujo. Tah is a backup and not a starter.
CDM - Yeah no. Anyone will be a downgrade from Casado, FDJ. And we have Bernal next year.
ST - Yes
LW - Raphinha is irreplaceable, only Vini or Mbappe is better. Yes, we need backup but that's it.

So my point remains. We need ST and GK as starters.
