Not to brag, but I was the one hyping up Flick in Barcelona and telling you that I have watched every Bayern game under Flick and I'm 100% sure he is gonna cook in Barcelona too :)

What a legend, I will humbly admit that before we brought him I had doubts due to his Germany time but man, this guy is a life changer.

Imagine we went from barely winning games by more than 1 goal to winning by over 3 goals 20+ times this season, if this guy wins us the treble he eclipses Luis Enrique and Frank Rijkaard in my eyes, with such a young squad and a pessimistic environment coming into this season. It truly is a historic moment to see the team play this good we could say the club finally recovered from a slumber that lasted 9 years. 9 long years of humilation and constant decline, crazy how such a decline can be reversed by one man in 8 months.

Once again,
Herr Hansi 🫡🫡🫡

Seriously though, the difference of how we bounced back versus how the likes of United and Liverpool have literally spent decades in dark ages tells me all I need to know.

This is a HISTORIC club and the gravity of it even in dark days is not normal.
The difference is Flick, we were even worse than those fools last year.
No stadium, boring team, less fans, more memes than hype. Flick saved Barcelona from bankruptcy there is no other reality.
Another awful year and the payments would have been impossible.
Flick allowed many things, to not even talk about the delays in stadium construction, to sell virtually the profit of unconstructed vip stands. After we massacred both Real and Bayern the hype was insane and that translates to better negotiations. Nike? Bet my kidney they will wait out the contract with Xavi.

Funny how in each of the treble winning seasons, we come into the season with little to no expectations, it would be the same case here where we could be winning a treble. Can’t remember the last time Barcelona led a treble charge this long into the season…

What do you think now

As stated before, I love to be wrong. In this case I was somewhat circumspect about his signing since the Board literally had only one good manager signing since Pep and that was Lucho, so only one in 12 years.

On the other hand, back in the day, I voted neutral on this poll knowing he has the potential to be a good fit here mainly because he was no more Barca DNA type bullshit manager and ofc what he has done with Bayern.

I was totally againt Xavi's signing but not his.

I mean the way the team plays with so many young players and without big signings is indeed impressive so far.
It would be exceptionally good if the team will manage to win CL and it would be ideally if they will also win LL trophy and CdR but I just want CL, after a decade of waiting, everything else would just be a bonus to me.
