Kloppo is finished at club level. It's his decision.
Will only coach NT, prob Germany

Nagelsmann for me, but let's see what's going on then, because Hansi is staying for at least 2 more seasons
Nagelsmann gonna be available post 2026 World Cup. Seem to be in time for Flick's replacement if Flick himself doesn't want to continue.

If Laporta (or his crew) are still running the club, I can see them looking at Cesc after Hansi.

He seems to hit the Barca criteria and has his eye on the football we wish to project.

I want to see how Fabregas does with Como. Fabregas similar to Flick has been playing a very fluid formation. Unlike Nagelsmann who seems to be a bit rigid.
But I wont complain with eitherr.

Nagelsmann has been playing for half a season at Bayern (22/23 season) relational type of football.
He is quite multi-faceted

But, yes, lets also see how Fabregas and others do until then

The only "Barka DNA" coach at this moment I might take. Fabregas looks promising, come 2026 he'll have two years of 1st division exp.
If we are successful, maybe Hansi will stay till 2027.

We will have enough time to figure out who should be the successor.

If Flick is here for at least 3-4 years and has a lot of success with the system and style he is playing then wouldn't it make more sense to hire a successor that could build onto that instead of starting from the scratch?

Not saying Cesc cannot be that. Hopefully we don't have to find out for a few years, but continuity with some flexibility would be my priority tbh.

Also, no more unproven managers or underwhelming Spanish options. A club like Barca deserves top/elite managers. We probably wasted a lot of our former generation on underwhelming options.

Since Pep we've had two elite level managers which was Lucho and now Flick. Valverde is good, but doesn't quite reach that level. Tito is tough to judge due to the circumstances that time, but the more I watch games back then the more it seems obvious that Messi was hard carrying us and he wasn't anything special.

Tata is average/mediocre and Setien is a bum.

Currently there are two major schools in football with its variations:
- positional football, with Pep being the founder and everyone else following,
- relationism, which is really evolving in Brazil with Diniz and now some teams in Europe are trying to implement it, like that Malmo coach

Don't get confused. I am not talking offensive/defensive approach, formation, high/low line, and all that.
99% of football you see in Europe is positional despite the very different approaches

Fabregas seem to try to look the relationist way.

There are some elements of relationism in Hansi's football, which is positional up to an extent.
When attacking players find themselves close enough in central zones they try to freely and instinctively combine with each other
