From Sunday evening to Saturday evening is exactly 6 full days. 1st full 24h till Monday evening, 2nd Tuesday, 3rd Wednesday, 4th Thursday, 5th Friday, 6th Saturday evening.
It's not rocket science guys.

Loki is definitely right for me. The time span between two exact points on the same day a week apart is exactly 168 hours i.e 7 days. Though on these 'days between two dates' websites they ask if you would like to include the starting day in the calculation.
