People really need to calm down. Did really someone expect that this season will be a walk in a park with basically the same squad we had last year? We need to stay positive but humble. Additionally, we had many injuries with Bernal and Mats out for the rest of the season. Those who came back are visibly out of form and others are drained out.

I am sure we will bounce back but people need to learn to be patient! We have the youngest team in the league that will probably peak in two or three years. Howewer, we will also need to strengthen this team further to be able to compete for trophies. We lack depth in many areas. We don't have adequate backups for our starting wingers, fullbacks and Lewa. Furthermore, 2 out of our 4 centre backs are injured from the start of the season. All of this is the reason our intensity dropped.

None of the Flick haters can give an answer as to who would replace Flick if he's sacked.
Blanc? Allegri? Garcia Pimienta? Michel?

At least put your money where your mouth is.

The problem is the lack of mentality, or our players are just overrated. Put in some fucking goals Fermin, Gavi, Pedri, . Real does it, Manure does it.

And yes the Barca experts thought sochrome_r2U1NmyiKX.png

Flicks system is like an F1 super car. When all the parts are in good condition and working in unison you get great performance. If something is off the whole thing looks very pedestrian at best. He's the boss and he'll have to find solutions.

All the best managers have been taken now ( Motta Slot, Amorim ). Flick has his faults, just like any other manager, but up until recently he was doing one of the best managerial jobs in football, maybe the best.

He's changed things and has implemented things that would have never been entertained under another pseudo quasi Barca DNA coach. We need to give him time to now figure out what changes need to stay, be tweaked, or go altogether.

He's been a breath of fresh air and I am comfortable for him to stay the full 2 years where we can re-evaluate much better how he has done. At that point better managers will emerge, as well as Pep almost certainly leaving City.

Is Ancelotti starting 17y old players week in week out? Gavi was injured for 12 months so he will need time. Furthermore, as expected, Fermin is out of the form due to the fact he played both in EURO and Olympics. It's not that simple. There are many reasons we dropped in form but we'll rise again.

It's a lame excuse for me because other teams also have those problems. Even the usual crying about penalties is more justified. Real has so many injuries.

The team won every game in the CL confidently, except that Ter Staren fuck up.
Flick needs to make some fire, the team needs some heat. Up the fitness levels.
Bench the slackers. Start taking LaLiga seriously.

Yep and at Bayern the players were 100% focused thats why it worked so well unlike at Germany or Barca

but the first 3 months showed it can work so im relaxed

he will find a way, ppl needs to be more calm

Nope, those are facts. Remember what happened against Osasuna when he rotated heavily?

How can he bench or rest Inigo or Cubarsi for example? Araujo and Christensen are still injured and Garcia is a joke.
How can he bench Kounde or Balde if Fort and Martin are much worse than those two?
How can he bench Lewa if his substitute is Pau Victor?
How can he rotate wingers if substitutes are Fati and Ferran????????
The only part of the squad he can rotate is midfield and even there the best possible combo right now is Pedri-Casado-Olmo. At the moment Gavi, FDJ and Fermin are far from their best level. IMHO those three are the first ones who need to raise their game if we want to stay competitive.

Garcia isn't bad, he helped Girona a lot last season. He's a good defender.
Not as strong in the air, but Araujo is, who's weaker with his feet, so they would compliment and obviously have more energy.
Being played in some weird role with Ter Staren fucking it up isn't his fault.

Right now I disagree on Fort being worse than Kounde, absolute horror mistakes and performances, where as Fort hasn't been given full 90 minutes. Even Martin might be better right now.

He can play Victor by giving him full 90 minutes, and not stressing the fuck out of him, that kills any strikers composure.
Victor also could at least been played on the wing, because Flick wants to press all the time? He's one of the better ones at that.

Ferran didn't look bad last game, he can come in after the matches are won
He's honestly the F with the biggest future right now, which does not mean much.

Who is talking about sacking?
Not the club, or anyone in the football industry in general
Only a bunch of no-lifers, spending their entire day in a forum whining.
No need to play their game, and answer those counterfactual questions.
Flick has already proved he is the man to coach this team and in this club
Let them rot in their hatred and misery

Not in this lifetime fanboy...
