We all know he signed a 6 year extension, so if he signed it in 2016 he'd be going for free in 2022.

They're wrong. Pretty sure he signed it in 2018 and his deal expires in 2024.
I would appreciate it if you link your source.

Literally just google "Spurs, Kane, extension, twitter."

Premier league official club accounts usually announce shit like this.

On that, can you believe that our board relied on TransferMarket and thought Kubo's contract was still running when it was not and Madrid got him for free?

While Im not sure about PSG , you did have Bartomeu actually saying this when asked about Arthur

The radio station El m?n a RAC 1 confronted Bar?a president Josep Maria Bartomeu with the numbers on Tuesday. Asked whether Arthur, who the club paid €30 million in 2018, was truly worth €80 million, Bartomeu pointed at his Transfermarkt value.

"It is supply and demand, that is how it works," Bartomeu said. "Arthur is the sort of player that is valued in the world of football. Until a few months ago his Transfermarkt value was €70 million, then his value sunk because of the pandemic. But until March he was worth €70 million, so we are not that far away from the evaluation that he had in March."

You never know with Bartomeu.

I don't even know why journalists and papers give the Kane transfer stuff the time of day. Every summer it's City or it's United, hell even Real Madrid was getting touted a few years ago.

But every year, he stays at Spurs and helps them maintain an empty trophy cabinet. It will be the same again in May when Spurs don't win anything again and then by August, he's staying at Spurs.

Rinse and repeat.

Going to be tough for Kane to leave Spurs. Levy will just demand the same price next season..... and I doubt City will pay that for a guy that's 29 next year.
