No he has not. There is a reason why this kid only has played one single game for France in the last 4 years.

He is a talented player sure but nothing special compared to other French talents. Yes he has some "out of this world" runs every half year (I still remember some runs that resembled Messi's a lot when he played for Lyon) but he lacks the mentality, tactical awareness and consistency.

He reminds me a lot of a similar player (Jérémy Ménez) who is ahead of him in the pecking order.

But hopefully he can continue to improve. No doubt that the kid is talented.
