It would be silly to deny that Bellerín has excellent footballing qualities based solely on the fact that City and Barça are trying to sign him. World class is a big stretch (in this context, a strawman).

That said, I'm not convinced at all with the idea of bringing him back.

Going with the normal consenuse here that he is average and we really shouldn't try too hard for him. If getting him looks tough then I don't want us to bid higher or anything for him. The real efforts that should be put for is in a world class midfielder.

This is standard Bellerin performance.

Poor defensively and not great technically but pace to burn and great stamina.

In last 10/15 mins he will start burning tired opposition for pace going forward and will start getting praised as having good game.

Nowhere near best RB in that league or someone Barca should pursue.
